Keith and I both want to say thank you so much for the help and support you have given us before, during and after the purchase of our house in Florida.

As this was our first venture into foreign property buying we were obviously a bit anxious about the entire process and our only knowledge of the American system came from books.

In addition, estate agents in Britain do not have the best reputations so we were very alert to anyone trying to pressure us into anything we didn´t want.

Having spent a week looking at properties with you, we returned home without one, but feeling entirely confident that we had found someone who would act in our best interests at all times. We never felt pressured or that you were too busy, even when we changed our minds about the type of property/investment we wanted!

You were incredibly helpful in guiding us through the purchase and arranging things like services and utilities. Since the purchase you have been kindness itself arranging things for us and settling in our daughter when she came on holiday.

We must say the entire experience was entirely painless and quick, unlike our system here and we are absolutely delighted with the house and your particular service which far exceeded our expectations.

We are looking forward to spending as much time as possible in our Florida home and to meeting you again for a celebratory drink to show our heartfelt gratitude for all you´ve done for us.
